(Role Requirement) Technical Skill Other Critical Requirements Like Voice/Non-Voice for Insurance Production Support Analyst plays a critical role in the Data & Analytics life cycle. The role requires one to demonstrate expertise in monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis to ensure performance of data pipelines in production. It is an individual contributor role, expected to support wide ranging data applications. • Monitor production data pipelines, ETL jobs, and analytics platforms to ensure availibility, reliability and stability.• Log incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and resolution of production issues.• Track and report SLAs, uptime, and performance metrics for production systems.• Maintain knowledge base and runbooks• Collaborate with multiple partners from Business, Technology, Operations and D&A capabilities (Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Modeling, Data Architecture, Data science, DevOps, BI & insights)• Mentorship experience• Independently lead solutioning & estimations Bachelors degree in any science discipline or equivalent educational qualification 8-10+ years of relevant experience • SQL• Postman, Linux , Maestro, IBM data Studio• Familiarity with ETL/ELT and data pipeline platforms• Knowledge of incident management and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Azdo)• Communication and structured problem-solving skills.• Partner & Stakeholder engagement experience• Mentorship experience Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure) and production monitoring in cloud environments
