- Lead end-to-end project management from design development through to construction and handover.
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for project reporting and updates.
- Ensure compliance with heritage and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee coordination of architects, engineers, heritage consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project cost, schedule, and risk, implementing mitigation strategies as required.
- Ensure sustainability objectives and environmental impact goals are integrated and achieved.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, design workshops, and site inspections.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior leadership and client representatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of experience in educational buildings
- Excellent client management and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of local authority and requirements
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups
- Detail-oriented with a passion for heritage and design excellence
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven mindset
- Collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills
