In this role, you will:
Analyze and optimize business processes by leading projects to transition, standardize and automate operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide project leadership by guiding medium to high complexity transformational/migration initiatives in alignment with our GBS strategy.
Offer project management and coaching support for regional projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, design, and implement efficient business processes and workflows.
Identify and manage change management risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor and support the Global Process Owner transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Leverage continuous improvement principles and tools to maximize productivity and foster innovation.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Experience with 7+ years of relevant project management experience in GBS operations and PMP certification.
Language skills with fluency in English and exceptional communication abilities.
Flexibility to work in 9-hour shifts, including late night shifts.
Capabilities of a highly motivated self-starter who takes ownership of projects and tasks.
Hands-on experience in leading and supporting multi-country, multi-function projects.
