Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Senior Project Manager to join our [GBS] Enterprise Program Management Office team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing complex, enterprise-level programs and ensuring their alignment with our organization's strategic objectives.
What You'll Do In this role, you will:
Lead the implementation of highly complex, multi-service line programs, managing the consolidated scope, schedule, budget, and resource planning.
Manage the financial performance and tracking for all assigned programs, measuring progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting updates to executive management.
Ensure all program activities meet internal stakeholder requirements and align with strategic goals, while mentoring project teams and fostering a high-performance environment.
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 8 years of Senior Project Management experience within a matrix and multi-project environment.
Proven leadership experience managing geographically dispersed teams of employees and external contractors.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage program budgets, provide accurate financial forecasting, and oversee resource allocation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and present clearly to executive management.
