Job Description: Senior QA Engineer (Automation & AI Specialist)
We are seeking an innovative Senior QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the implementation of AI-driven testing strategies and intelligent quality assurance solutions across our Kubernetes-based microservices architecture. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality standards through smart automation and data-driven approaches.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks with AI-powered test generation capabilities
- Analyze test results using Elasticsearch and machine learning to identify patterns and predict issues
- Create and maintain automated test suites with intelligent test prioritization
- Implement smart monitoring systems to detect anomalies in production Kubernetes environments
- Develop strategies for AI-assisted visual testing and regression analysis
- Research and evaluate new testing tools, including AI-powered solutions
- Set up and maintain test environments in Kubernetes clusters
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate intelligent quality checks into the CI/CD pipeline
- Mentor team members on automation and AI testing practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of QA engineering experience with focus on automation
- Experience with AI-powered testing tools and automation frameworks
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Experience with Elasticsearch for test data analysis and logging
- Understanding of machine learning concepts in testing
- Experience with continuous testing and shift-left testing practices
- Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with automated anomaly detection in Kubernetes clusters
- Knowledge of advanced AI testing methodologies
- Familiarity with intelligent accessibility testing tools
- Experience with ELK stack for logging and monitoring
- Experience mentoring junior QA engineers
