Senior QA Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Work closely with Product Managers, engineering, and other stakeholders to understand the design and requirements to develop a Test plan and automation.
• Develop exentesive test plans and cases for Cloud AI infrastructure integration and validate critical scenarios to achieve exceptational Quality.
• Identify, document, and track the defects. Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues.
• Prepare and configure test environments, including software installations and configurations if required.
• Conduct exploratory testing to find defects that might not be covered by test cases.
• Work closely with SRE to support the Production deployemnt of application releases.
• Troubleshoot the customer escalations, attend customer calls and take the issues to closure when required.
• Adherence to Quality Standards: Ensure adherence to quality assurance and testing best practices.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest testing techniques, tools, and industry trends.
• Should be highly motivated and go getter.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in functional and automating testing of SAAS products.
• Strong QA mentality and attitude to identify critical business scenarios and customer impact.
• Must have experience on any public or private Cloud platform.
• Knowledge of AI fundamentals and AI models and tools along with ML is big plus.
• Certification of AWS, Azure and GCP any of the Cloud is a big plus.
• Hands on experience testing microservice based applications, Kubernetes, and CICD pipeline as well as working with build management tools like Git, Bamboo, Jenkins.
• Hands on experience on Linux is must.
• Good to have experience on Kafka, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, Oracle DB.
• Hands on experience of functional UI and API automation of SaaS application.
• Experience in the Cyber Security domain is an advantage.
