Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading hands-on design and development of custom solutions onthe Salesforce platform
- Responsible for Salesforce roadmap, strategy and architecture
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and develop project plans for Salesforce implementations and enhancements
- Maintain data integrity, import sales department leads, contacts, and other data, and perform database maintenance tasks
- Provide training and support to end users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the Salesforce platform
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce processes, changes, and best practices
- Build custom reports and dashboards to provide insights and support business decision-making
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce releases, best practices, and emerging trends
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a large corporate organization
- Thorough knowledge of Salesforce and well versed in configuration and customization
- Current Salesforce certifications (Administrator/Advanced Administrator) preferred
- Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Able to thrive in a high growth environment
- Proactive mindset and bias toward action
- Highly analytical and a critical thinker with the ability to solve complex problems
