We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Conga Developer with deep hands-on expertise in Conga CLM and CPQ to design, configure, enhance, and support contract and quote-to-cash solutions on Salesforce. The role will focus primarily on Conga configuration, document generation, agreement lifecycle management, approvals, integrations, and production support across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the design, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of Conga CLM workflows covering contract creation, authoring, negotiation, approval, execution, amendment, renewal, and termination.
• Build and maintain Conga agreement templates, clause libraries, dynamic clauses, document generation rules, and merge fields to produce standardized and compliant contract documents.
• Configure Conga approval processes, business rules, lifecycle stages, amendment and renewal processes, versioning, audit trails, and contract governance controls.
• Configure and support Conga Composer and e-signature integrations such as Conga Sign or DocuSign for document generation, execution, status tracking, and storage.
• Integrate Conga CLM with Conga CPQ and/or Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud processes, ensuring accurate relationships across Quotes, Agreements, Orders, Subscriptions, Products, and Accounts.
• Configure automated renewal, amendment, notification, and expiration processes based on subscription changes, pricing updates, contractual milestones, and business rules.
• Manage agreement data models, field mappings, clause selection logic, template rules, security, and access controls within Salesforce and Conga.
• Configure obligation management, milestones, alerts, and post-signature tracking to support contract compliance and operational follow-through.
• Troubleshoot complex Conga issues including template rendering, clause merging, document generation, approval routing, data mapping, permissions, and integration failures.
• Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and administrators to translate contracting and CPQ requirements into scalable Conga solutions, including multi-entity and multi-currency scenarios.
• Stay current with Conga CLM, Conga CPQ, Composer, Sign, and relevant Salesforce platform updates; recommend improvements that increase automation, usability, and agreement turnaround time.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 6+ years of overall Salesforce experience, including 4+ years of strong hands-on experience with Conga products, especially Conga CLM; Conga CPQ experience is strongly preferred.
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of Conga CLM configuration, including agreement lifecycle setup, templates, clause libraries, approvals, versioning, renewals, amendments, and obligation management.
• Hands-on experience with Conga Composer / document generation and e-signature solutions such as Conga Sign or DocuSign.
• Experience integrating Conga CLM with Conga CPQ and/or Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud, including Quotes, Orders, Subscriptions, Products, and pricing-related contract processes.
• Strong Salesforce configuration skills across custom objects, fields, Flow, validation rules, permissions, sharing, reports, and data model design.
• Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware integrations, data migration, and integration troubleshooting in a Salesforce/Conga environment.
• Experience with release management, Git, CI/CD pipelines, deployment tools, and controlled promotion of Salesforce/Conga configuration across environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Conga configuration, document generation, data mapping, approval, security, and production support issues.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC practices, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams.
Good to Have:
• Working knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for cases where Conga requirements need targeted custom Salesforce extensions.
• Familiarity with Aura Components, Visualforce, JavaScript/Node.js, and custom integration services is beneficial but not a core requirement for the role.
Preferred Certifications:
• Conga CLM / Conga CPQ certification or relevant Conga product credentials
• Salesforce Platform Administrator or Platform Developer certification
