We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Functional Consultant (5/6+ years of experience in the job) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing scalable Salesforce solutions, and ensuring successful implementation and user adoption. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to deliver high-impact CRM solutions that drive business value.

Job Description:

Salesforce Functional Consultant

1. Educational Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

2. Must-Have Skills

- Strong understanding of Salesforce core modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud).
- Experience with Salesforce configuration: objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation tools (Flow, Process Builder).
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in conducting user training and workshops.
- Familiarity with data migration and testing processes.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

3. Good-to-Have Skills

- Exposure to third-party Salesforce apps and AppExchange solutions.
- Understanding of integration tools (e.g. MuleSoft & Dell Boomi).
- Experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Basic knowledge of Apex and Visualforce (for collaboration with developers).
- Industry-specific experience (e.g. Financial Services, Healthcare.)
- Experience with change management and adoption strategies.

4. Certifications

Required/Highly Preferred:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

Nice to Have:
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
