What you will own:
•Design, develop, and troubleshoot complex Salesforce solutions and integrations.
•Translate business requirements into high-quality, scalable code.
•Implement and maintain best practices for code quality, performance, and security.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative Salesforce applications.
•Optimize existing systems and propose technical improvements.
•Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
•Participate in Agile development processes and sprint planning.
•Create and maintain technical documentation.
•Support user acceptance testing and deployment activities.
What you bring
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; master’s preferred.
• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
•PD-I certification (PD-2 preferred).
•Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), APEX, JavaScript, SOQL, and Visualforce.
•Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and declarative tools
•Experience with SOAP/REST API integrations and Salesforce security features
•Knowledge of Salesforce security features (field-level security, profiles, sharing rules)
•Familiarity with Managed and Unmanaged Packages.
•Understanding of software development life cycles, preferably SAFe Agile methodology
•Experience with Flows, Process Builder, and Workflows.
•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate requirements into high-quality code.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

We provide comprehensive solutions for lead management, opportunity conversion, and merchant onboarding, focusing on process automation and integration with key tools like Oracle CPQ and DocuSign.
