Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with leadership and architecture experience to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. In this role, you will not only design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform but also play a key role in shaping the technical direction, ensuring scalable architecture, and mentoring junior developers. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into robust technical solutions, and lead the implementation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.
• Develop custom applications, Apex triggers, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), Visualforce pages, and other Salesforce customizations.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external systems using APIs, middleware, and web services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, drive solution design discussions, and provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle.
• Oversee code reviews, promote code quality, and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Implement and test solutions to meet functional and performance standards.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to upskilling within the team.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and emerging technologies, and guide the team on adoption where applicable.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer

- Salesforce Developer certification is preferred

- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), integrations, and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workato)

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components

- Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration, and customization

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
