Here's what we're looking for
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who will design, develop, and deliver applications on the Salesforce platform. You will be working on cutting-edge AI models and tools, both internal and external, to boost productivity and quality in your deliverables.
Youʼll contribute to engagements that include:
AI-related projects: Using Agentforce, Data Cloud, and other Salesforce or publicly available AI tools.
Salesforce projects: Spanning across Sales, Service, Experience, Platform, Industry Clouds, and products like Marketing Cloud, Tableau, MuleSoft, and Slack.
Other technologies: Including public clouds and complementary systems .
What youʼll do
Build production solutions: Write clean, efficient Apex code and Lightning Web Components that scale and perform under real-world conditions
Translate requirements into design: Create data models, system diagrams, UI prototypes, and process flows that align business needs with technical architecture
Make smart technical decisions: Recommend configure vs. code solutions independently or with architect guidance, balancing speed with quality
Develop comprehensive solutions using:
Configuration & No-Code: Configuration & No-Code: Validation rules, Quick Actions, Flows, Approval Processes
Code: Apex (including async and batch), SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components
Integrations: Inbound and outbound integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms
Own quality: Conduct peer reviews, write unit tests, perform system testing, and ensure solutions meet production standards
Manage releases: Handle configuration management, deployments using Salesforce CLI, and version control best practices
Support production: Troubleshoot issues in sandbox and production environments, participate in on-call rotations
Leverage AI tools: Use our Exo platform and AI tools to automate repetitive work and boost productivity
What you'll bring
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development: Proven track record of increasing responsibilities and delivered projects
Strong understanding of Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds: Including customer and partner community implementations
Deep knowledge of Salesforce data model, standard objects (Sales, Service, Marketing), and platform architecture
Expertise in development: Apex (async and batch), SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Visualforce
Integration experience: REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato), and integration patterns
Platform security proficiency: Profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules, OWD, and license differences
DevOps capabilities: Salesforce CLI, version control (Git), CI/CD concepts, release management
Production debugging: Experience troubleshooting complex issues and performance optimization
AI-first mindset: Curiosity about leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and rethink traditional workflows
Quality focus: You write code that's maintainable, testable, and built for production environments
Strong communication: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Problem-solving: You debug complex issues, think critically, and deliver complete solutions independently
