Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Description:

• 5/6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development with Apex (classes, triggers, batch, schedulable, queueable jobs) and Lightning Web Components (LWC), with a strong commitment to Salesforce best practices.
• Deep experience designing and migrating declarative automation—Flows, Process Builder (with migration to Flow)—including low-code/no-code and AI-powered workflows.
• Proficient in Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata) and seamless integration with third-party and enterprise systems, industry standards, and cloud platforms.
• Strong grip on Salesforce data and security models (including Opportunities, Forecasting, Revenue, Billing, custom objects, profiles, permission sets) with ability to support large data volumes.
• Demonstrated expertise with Sales Cloud, plus hands-on with Commerce Cloud and at least one Industry Cloud (Financial Services, Health, Retail, or Manufacturing).
• Proven ability to develop, configure, and optimize Agentforce AI agents and orchestrate agent workflows for business automation and customer engagement.
• Knowledge of Data Cloud, Hyperforce deployment, Einstein AI features, and platform events for next-gen automation and predictive analytics.
• Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce managed/unmanaged packages and deploying with SFDX, VS Code, Git, and automated CI/CD pipelines.

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, modular technical solutions using LWC, Flows, Apex, and Agentforce.
• Demonstrated experience with advanced integration patterns—Platform Events, External Services, Named Credentials, Mulesoft, and Salesforce Composer.
• Exposure to enterprise-grade security (Salesforce Shield), Quote-to-Cash (CPQ), Revenue Cloud, and sustainability solutions (Net Zero Cloud).
• Skilled at designing for multi-cloud, multi-org, and globally distributed deployments involving industry compliance needs.

• Proficiency with Salesforce DX, scratch orgs, sandboxes, Git-based deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and modern monitoring tools (Debug logs, Event Monitoring, Health Check).
• Ability to lead and mentor on DevOps best practices for enterprise Salesforce teams.

• Direct experience building, configuring, and optimizing Agentforce AI agents, workflows, agent lifecycle management, and business-process integration.
• Knowledge of or experience with with at least one Salesforce Industry Cloud and/OR Commerce Cloud, including rollouts, documentation, and solutioning for Indian/Asian industry use cases.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a mindset for continual learning and innovation.
• Excellent communication—comfortable partnering with product owners, business leads, and distributed tech teams to deliver on shared business outcomes.
• Proven mentoring experience, code review ability, and a track record of pushing quality, sharing best practices, and documentation.
