We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Platform Engineer (B2B) to join our growing Enterprise Technology team. In this role you will design, build, and optimize Certinia PSA, ERP, and CPQ solutions that power our Quote-to-Cash lifecycle. You will also champion AI-assisted development practices — using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar LLM coding assistants — to accelerate delivery of quality and velocity.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Certinia Development: Design and implement customizations across Certinia PSA, ERP Cloud, and Revenue Management modules using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
CPQ Configuration & Dev: Build and maintain CPQ pricing rules, product configuration, quote templates, and approval workflows within Certinia CPQ (and Salesforce CPQ where applicable).
Integrations: Architect and develop integrations between Certinia and adjacent systems (Salesforce CRM, NetSuite ERP, billing platforms, data warehouses) via REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and MuleSoft.
AI-Assisted Coding: Leverage AI coding assistants (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to generate boilerplate, write and review unit tests, refactor legacy Apex, and accelerate technical spikes.
Data Integrity: Own data migration scripts, transformation logic, and validation rules that ensure clean financial data across close cycles.
Technical Leadership: Lead design-review sessions, document architectural decisions, mentor junior developers, and serve as an escalation point for complex production issues.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate PS, Finance, RevOps, and Sales business requirements into scalable technical designs; present trade-offs clearly to non-technical audiences.
Quality & Compliance: Maintain >85 % Apex test coverage, enforce security best practices (FLS, CRUD, sharing rules), and support SOX/audit requirements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Deep expertise in Certinia ERP Cloud and/or PSA — configuration, custom objects, billing, and revenue recognition.
Strong CPQ knowledge: product catalogue design, pricing waterfalls, bundle configuration, and quote document generation.
Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, and Salesforce Flow.
Demonstrated use of AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT Code Interpreter, or equivalent) in day-to-day development.
Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and Salesforce Platform Events / Change Data Capture.
Solid understanding of Salesforce security model: profiles, permission sets, FLS, record sharing.
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification (or equivalent demonstrable experience).
Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote, async-first environment.
NICE TO HAVE
Certinia PSA Consultant or ERP Consultant certification.
Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud / Salesforce CPQ (Steel brick).
Familiarity with DevOps tooling: Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, or similar.
Exposure to AI prompt engineering for code generation and automated test writing.
Background in SaaS or media/entertainment industry finance operations.
AI PROFICIENCY EXPECTATIONS
This role explicitly values developers who actively incorporate AI into their workflow. We expect you to:
Use AI coding assistants to generate first-draft Apex classes, triggers, and test methods, then review and refine output critically.
Contribute to internal guidelines on safe and effective AI-assisted development within our Salesforce org.
Stay current with rapidly evolving AI tooling and share learnings with the teams
If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
