The Role: We are looking for a talented Senior Scrum Master to manage multiple teams contribute to the development of method as a strong voice in our chapter. You will be very well versed with Agile methodologies and ceremonies like Sprint planning, daily stand ups and Sprint reviews. You will be curious and not rigid in one method, exploring and experimenting with different methodologies to deliver the best Customer outcomes within specific teams. You will be a top performer who is prepared to think critically throughout the product development cycle, teach others the fundamentals of agility and product development methodologies, and continuously seek improvements and efficiencies wherever possible using data. You will be passionate and take an active role in developing healthy cultures of collaboration, quality, and customer focus within teams.

Responsibilities:
- Empowering teams to deliver our Method and optimize value for our customers.
- Contributing to the Method Chapter to continuously challenge, test and adapt how we optimize the working environment of our colleagues.
- Managing 2-3 cross functional teams with engineering, product, and design colleagues to provide innovative and iterative solutions to complex customer and business problems from concept to customer.
- We are passionate about supporting a learning culture across our teams, mentoring team members to leverage best engineering practices, tooling, and methods.
- Attending and contributing at all relevant team events and ceremonies
- Lead, coach, and empower teams to adopt our method to develop and iteratively enhance customer focused products and solutions.
- Participate in estimations with squads and support continual improvement through techniques including Story Points and T-Shirt sizing.
- Communicate and track the product and sprint progress to cross-functional teams, ensuring its overall success.
- Ensure progress of multiple initiatives to schedule and the highest quality standards.
- Mentor/educate team members and peers in product and delivery methods and best practices.
- Manage and drive change where needed to core operational processes, dynamically reacting to evolving client needs and competing priorities.
- Effectively support the team in mapping/ measuring solutions vs objectives, communicating updates to all key stakeholders.
Requirements:

- You have appropriate technical education degree level with total experience of around 8 or more years. (Preferred Bachelor of Technology)
- You have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience of working in Agile methodologies as a Scrum Master.
- Certified CSM/PSM, Safe6
- You have basic knowledge of SDLC procedures to understand team's needs.
- Good to have hands on experience in Jira cloud workflows.
- Able to manage multiple teams and manage the dependencies across teams.
- You have experience and understanding of leading teams with Agile Development methodologies and planning techniques.
- You're a self-starter, comfortable with implementing and executing Agile development processes and accepting responsibility for seeing product initiatives through to completion.
- You are great at empowering teams to deliver high quality customer value.
- You know what better looks like, when the team is ready to move to it and how to get there.
