Senior Security Engineer

What you'll do:

• Perform security assessments (including some ethical hacking) against in-house developed applications and solutions, work with development teams to remediate findings and ensuring that valid remediation strategies are in place
• Work with development teams to evangelize secure coding practices
• Assist with process design, tracking and management of secure software development activities and associated plans and metrics
• Participate in information security incident response, RFP and RFI activities
• Administer and support application security analysis tools

What you'll bring:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• 3-6 years prior experience in information security, as an analyst, penetration tester or operator of security systems.
• Experience coordinating with external pen-testing vendors and 3rd parties
• Strong Project management skills to be able to manage multiple stake holders and projects while emphasizing on best practices and SLAs
• Experience with C#, Java, Python, SQL and .NET Framework
• Knowledge of secure programming behaviors, networking security principles and best practices on web application infrastructure such as load balancers, web servers, databases
• Experience using Windows, Linux and iOS operating systems
• Familiarity with secure programming practices and standards such as OWASP and SANS
• Experience using application security testing methodologies, tools and utilities (dynamic and static scanning, proxies)
• Experience with MicroStrategy, QlikView, Tableau BI tools an advantage
• Awareness/Experience on AWS and cloud security a big advantage
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong team player, willing to work with a team of professionals to accomplish goals

Hybrid working model:

Travel:
