As a Senior ServiceNow Developer , you will be responsible for:
- Developing and customising ServiceNow applications and modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro).
- Working to improve incident reduction, simplification, process excellence, security, and compliance
- Implementing technical solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML, and CSS
- Integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems (e.g., Microsoft Intune) and tools using web services, SOAP / REST, email, DB connector, plugins etc
- Utilizing ServiceNow Flow Designer and Automated Test Framework (ATF) for process automation and testing
- Performing troubleshooting, debugging, and problem resolution to ensure operational success
- Developing technical documentation, including process flows and design documents.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and update progress on projects

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
- Have minimum 7+ years working on the ServiceNow platform
- Have Experience in developing and enhancing ITSM, CSM, and HAM Pro modules
- Have Familiarity with web services, APIs, and mobile application design
- Have Proficiency in ServiceNow development and customization.
- Have Strong understanding of ITIL Framework and best practices in ITSM, CSM, and HAM Pro
- Have Experience with architecture of physical and virtual assets in HAM Pro, including stockrooms, asset health dashboards, and hardware asset mobile agents
- Have Solid experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, ATF, and scripting (XML, JavaScript, Glide API, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts)
- Be certified in ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) , ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM) , ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for CSM (CIS-CSM), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for HAM (CIS-HAM)
