Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize RHEL and Windows Server infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash and PowerShell.
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability using enterprise monitoring tools.
- Support and administer IBM WebSphere Application Server environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Linux and Windows platforms.
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem reviews.
- Document operational procedures and system configurations.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineer, Systems Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with RHEL (7/8/9) and Windows Server (2016/2019/2022).
- Proficiency in Bash and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server (installation, configuration, tuning).
- Exposure to JBoss Application Server environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Nagios, Splunk, Grafana, Datadog).
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls.
- Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet).
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Exposure to ITIL practices and enterprise change management processes
