Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Software Engineer to join our Integration Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the design and development of cloud native API first platform for our patented data and AI-powered Security Knowledge Platform™. We aim to create a new era of modern crowdsourced security that outpaces threat actors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end frontend architecture, leveraging React, TypeScript, and microfrontend patterns
- Architect and build a scalable host/container application to orchestrate multiple microfrontends
- Define and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and design patterns across frontend teams
- Drive adoption of a centralized design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and reusability
- Own and optimize frontend performance strategy, focusing on Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) and observability
- Architect solutions using SSR and CSR approaches based on product and performance needs
- Lead improvements in build systems and tooling, including Webpack, Vite, and optimized pipelines
- Enable independent deployment and CI/CD strategies for microfrontend teams
- Collaborate with design teams to translate Figma designs into scalable, production-ready UI components
- Define and standardize design tokens and Figma-to-code workflows
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and code quality
- Define and integrate AI-driven workflows (e.g., MCP / Model Context Protocol) into the frontend lifecycle
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across multiple teams
- Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code with strong focus on developer experience
People Manager Responsibility

Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 5+ years of experience in frontend or full-stack engineering, with strong frontend focus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript ecosystems
- Strong experience with microfrontend architecture and distributed frontend systems
- Proven experience designing scalable frontend platforms and design systems
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization and Core Web Vitals
- Experience with SSR frameworks (e.g., Next.js) and CSR architectures
- Expertise in modern build tools such as Webpack, Vite, Babel, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working closely with design systems, accessibility standards, and UI/UX best practices
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and workflows
- Strong problem-solving, architectural thinking, and decision-making skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
- Passion for developer experience, code quality, and scalable engineering practices
