Primary Responsibilities:
- Employee will be responsible for E2E analysis, design, coding, development., testing and warranty support of assigned application development projects
- Employee will be leading a team of developers, and QEs team members functionally and Technically
- Employee should be able to handle the questions related to any phase of software development lifecycle within scrum team
- Employee should be able to design the solutions for the projects to meet the delivery timelines as well as organizational directives of Application modernization
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Application Development, Support and E2E project life cycle
- Deep understanding of U.S. Health Care and Provider Domain, as well as should understand the Provider enrolment data fields
- Good understanding of various LoBs functionality and core provider enrolment processing functions such as enrolment, reenrollment, revalidation etc.
- Proven good Communication skills, client handling skills, willing to support weekend releases and late night calls at times
- Proficient in both UI and JAVA distributed technologies
