Primary Responsibilities:

• Work as a Full Stack Engineer/Tech Lead on an Agile Scrum team
• Work with Product Management and business stakeholders for Backlog refinement and planning
• Design and develop UI using modern front end frameworks
• Design and implement web services with security
• Design and implement database schema
• Design and development of well documented source code
• Mentors Junior level and mid level engineers on coding style and coding best practices
• Solves complex technical problems independently
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science
• Hands-on experience with standard DevOps tools: GitHub, GitHub Actions, Docker
• Proficiency and hands-on experience using AI Builder, Azure OpenAI services, Python, and other AI/automation tools to enhance development workflows, analytics, and solution capabilities
• Proficient in handling software application development teams using modern technologies such as .NET Core, Azure, RESTful APIs, SQL, Angular/React, HTML, CSS, GitHub
• Proven ability to perform functional, regression, and system integration tests
• Proven solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proven growth mindset, with willingness to adopt emerging AI technologies to improve engineering efficiency and product quality
