Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and mentorship to software engineering teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle, encompassing design, development, testing, and deployment phases
• Architect and implement scalable, high-performance backend systems utilizing Java, building API and accessing data in SQL Server, Postgres
• Design and develop sophisticated, responsive front-end interfaces such as React and Angular
• Integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities within applications to enhance user experience and streamline business operations
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to ensure timely delivery of robust software solutions
• Uphold industry best practices pertaining to code quality, security, and documentation across all projects
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing systems, while continuously refining and advancing software architecture
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline
• 5+ years of practical experience with Java, Angular, React and SQL Server in a production environment
• Comprehensive understanding of software design patterns, development methodologies, and industry best practices
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI frameworks and the integration of AI models within application environments
• Demonstrated exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and effectively adapt to shifting priorities

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience with cloud platforms, such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
