Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership for the engineering team responsible for delivering high-impact and business-critical features for the high visibility products, ensuring solution quality, scalability, reliability, and maintainability
- Architect, design, and implement cloud-native enterprise solutions using Microsoft Azure, .NET, and Angular, leveraging Azure services to build secure, scalable, and resilient applications
- Lead the design and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI initiatives that improve business processes, automate workflows, and enhance customer experiences across the product portfolio
- Drive the adoption and implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, Prompt Engineering best practices, and AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph to develop intelligent enterprise applications
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, Data Scientists, Architects, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and coaching to software engineers through architecture reviews, code reviews, design discussions, and technical knowledge sharing to foster engineering excellence
- Establish and enforce software engineering best practices, including secure coding standards, design patterns, performance optimization, testing strategies, and architectural governance
- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to strategic technology decisions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, cloud strategy, and long-term business objectives
- Drive DevOps maturity by implementing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, monitoring, observability, and release management practices to improve deployment efficiency and operational stability
- Champion the adoption of AI-powered Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) tools to enhance developer productivity, automate repetitive engineering tasks, improve code quality, accelerate testing, and optimize software delivery
- Ensure applications meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, performance, scalability, and operational excellence while proactively identifying and mitigating technical risks
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and advancements in cloud computing, AI/ML, and Generative AI, recommending innovative solutions that deliver measurable business value
- Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Extensive experience in software engineering with demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Azure, .NET, Angular, and AI/ML technologies
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering enterprise-scale cloud applications and AI-driven solutions
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a strong focus on continuous improvement and engineering best practices
