Role Overview
We are seeking a Java Devops Engineer to support large-scale transformation initiatives by driving adoption, engagement, and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups including core business operations, technology, data, distribution etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Total experience: 5 to 9 years;
- Person with good communication skill and ability to collaborate effectively in dynamic/agile/cross team/cross location set up
- Design, develop and unit test end to end integration solution
- Knowledge of P&C Insurance domain is critical
Required technical skills:
Strong programming background with sound engineering development practice
Experience in design and integration patterns
Experience in building microservices using Java/ Spring/ SpringBoot
Exposure to enterprise integration frameworks like Apache Camel, Messaging frameworks like Kafka
Exposure to working with Junit and Mockito for unit testing
Exposure to working with SQL/NO-SQL DB like SQL server/Mongo
Exposure to working with Low level Design
Exposure to working with REST / SOAP based API
Expertise with technologies like XML, XSLT
Exposure to working with Microsoft Azure
Nice to have skills:
- Working knowledge of Containerization (Docker) & deployment technology (Kubernetes)
- Exposure to DevOps tools and processes (Jenkins/Gitlabs/Azure DevOps etc.,)
- Experience working with Volante tool
- Exposure to LLMs, RAG, MCP Server and Building Agents
