Responsibilities include solving complex problems independently, collaborating across technologies, and delivering production-quality projects in a startup environment. Engagements may be project-based or ongoing.

- Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and LLMs
- AI training and model evaluation
- Senior software engineering

- Data science and data engineering
- Full-stack development
- Backend systems, APIs, and databases
- Cloud infrastructure and DevOps
You do not need to be an expert in every area. However, you should have strong, proven expertise in at least one field and be comfortable collaborating across different technologies.
Requirements:
- Senior-level experience in your primary area of expertise
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a startup environment
- Clear and reliable communication
- Experience delivering complete, production-quality projects
