The Opportunity
As a Senior Software Engineer for Agent Services Support, you will be providing Level 2 and Level 3 support to platform customers. You combine backend systems knowledge, Microsoft technical skills, and business knowledge to address support tickets and provide troubleshooting support to customers. You will with other Platform Engineers to solve requests and attends regular team meetings to stay up to date with best practices and platform strategy.
Responsibilities
- Second and Third tier of support for incoming requests from the business.
- Liaison between requesters and the platform team to escalate the needs of the business as necessary.
- Triage & driving incident resolution with full ownership for designated customer groups.
- Monitor and communicate incident impacts and trends related to assigned customer groups.
- Assist and collaborate with teams in problem and major incident management activities specifically identification, research, and initial vendor contact.
- Facilitate and process service requests and participate in project planning and coordination for assigned customer groups.
- Participate in testing of new technologies for impact analysis and transition to ongoing operations.
- Manage individual capacity and balance time between operations and initiatives, meeting expectations for ongoing resourcing processes.
Skills and Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related study, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in API development, backend development, and relevant technologies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and low-code platform concepts.
- Experience with Copilot Studio, Azure Logic Apps, and developing and implementing enterprise architecture standards and best practices is a plus.
- Adept at analyzing complex technical issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions. Proficient in debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting mobile/web applications.
- Solid oral and written communication skills, business acumen, and enterprise knowledge. Ability to translate complex tech concepts to non-tech stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English in both verbal and written communication is a must.
