About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
  • Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
  • Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
  • Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff.
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Experience in Microsoft Power Platform tools(Power Apps, Power automate & Power BI) and Dataverse
  • Expertise in building canvas and model-driven apps, integrate data sources and develop automation using power automate.
  • SharePoint professional with experience in SharePoint Online/2016/2019.
  • Must have hands-on skills power automate workflows, power apps and PowerShell scripts.
  • Development experience in SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint online, including both custom solutions and OOTB solutions.
  • Skilled in developing/customizing SharePoint using SPFx & Power platform.
  • Proficient in Canvas & model-driven apps.
  • Strong experience in office 365 and SharePoint technologies, from requirements gathering to solution design and implementation.
  • Knowledgeable in integrating data sources(e.g., SharePoint, SQL, Dataverse).
  • Skilled in developing efficient automation using Power Automate(cloud and desktop).
  • Experienced in managing environments, roles and governance policies.
  • Knowledgeable in Copilot Studio and implementing AI capabilities using AI Builder and Azure AI Services.
  • Experienced in configuring security roles and permissions.
  • Familiar with Visual Studio code for custom development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing user requirements and challenges.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on power platform capabilities and solutions.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot existing solutions to improve performance, reliability and scalability.
  • Power platform and Azure certifications added advantage.
Primary Skills: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint 2016/2019, Dataverse.
Secondary skills: Power Shell scripts ,Model driven apps, CoPilot and AI builder.
