Senior Software Engineer

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer.
In this role, you will:

• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
• Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
• Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
• Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
• Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer or similar role with minimum 4+ years Hands on.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript is an added advantage
• Familiarity with data modeling, API integrations, and RESTful services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) practices for the Power Platform

Job Expectations:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Power Apps.
• Automate business processes with Power Automate
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Develop and deploy chatbots using Power Virtual Agents.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 services, such as SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics 365.
• Ensure the security, compliance, and scalability of Power Platform solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform applications.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices in the Power Platform ecosystem.
