Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Configuration & Development Lead to join our Digital & GPT team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing deep expertise in system configuration and technical leadership to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
You will lead a team of developers within our Digital & GPT department, driving best practices and mentoring junior talent to ensure the successful delivery of complex enterprise applications.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Responsibility 1: Lead a team of configuration developers by providing technical direction, conducting code reviews, and enforcing quality assurance practices to ensure high-standard deliverables.
Responsibility 2: Collaborate with stakeholders and project managers to translate complex functional requirements into robust technical solutions, optimizing applications and reporting to meet business needs.
Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational coding, configuration, and reporting standards while driving process improvements and automation initiatives across the team.
The ideal candidate will have:
8+ years of experience in configuration development, Structured Query Language (SQL) reporting, and application customization.
Strong knowledge of SQL development (complex queries and stored procedures) and the .Net Framework, including Visual Basic .Net (VB.Net) and C#.
Proven ability in leading and mentoring technical teams, with a strategic mindset to align technical work to broader business goals.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
