Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead – Configuration & Development to join our Digital & Generative Pre-trained Transformer (GPT) team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing deep expertise in system configuration and technical leadership to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
As a leader in our Digital & Generative Pre-trained Transformer (GPT) team, you will guide the team in designing efficient reporting and configuration solutions while driving digital transformation initiatives.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Responsibility 1: Lead a team of configuration developers by providing technical direction, conducting code reviews, and enforcing quality assurance practices to ensure high-standard deliverables.
Responsibility 2: Collaborate with stakeholders and project managers to translate functional requirements into technical solutions, optimizing applications and reporting to meet business needs.
Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational coding, configuration, and reporting standards while driving process improvements and automation initiatives across the team.
The ideal candidate will have:
8+ years of experience in configuration development, Structured Query Language (SQL) reporting, and application customization within Information Technology (IT) organizations.
Strong knowledge of Imaging Capture Tools such as Kofax, Captiva, ABBYY, OpenText Omni, IBM Datacap, Ephesoft, or Hyland OnBase Capture, alongside proficiency in Visual Basic .NET (VB.Net) and C#.
Proven ability in leading and mentoring technical teams, with a strategic mindset to align technical work to broader business goals.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
