In this role, you will:

• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
• Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
• Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
• Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
• Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:

• Experience in Software Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Rest Services, Angular, React, JavaScript.
• - Experience in Playwright
• - Experience in Test Automation. Good exposure to Octane, Hyperexecute and EPLx
• - Experience in Kubernetes
• - Familiarity with financial services technologies and banking processes
• - Hands-on experience with GenAI / LLM-based solutions (prompt engineering, RAG, API-based LLM integrations)
• - Experience building or integrating Agentic AI solutions (multi-agent workflows, orchestration, tool invocation)
• - Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, and enterprise security controls
• - Experience in TDD, BDD
• - Knowledge of recent development in Artificial Intelligence and Gen AI capabilities
• - Experience in working in any Cloud implementation (Pivotal Cloud Foundry/Azure/GCP)
• - Knowledge and Experience on Containers.
• - Strong knowledge on design patterns.
• - Experience in UI design & development using AngularJS, JQuery, bootstrap
• - Experience in CI/CD & DevOps.
• - Familiarity with all the deliverables associated with Agile.
• - Experience in Banking domain
• - Ability to quickly understand the business process and map the application functions
• - Excellent analytical & interpersonal skills.
• - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
