Iron Mountain is seeking a highly experienced Digital Solution Development Executive (SDE) to join our Digital Business Unit team.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and providing customer-facing digital product expertise for Iron Mountain’s enterprise accounts, ensuring the achievement of transformation goals.

As a critical member of the Digital Business Unit, the SDE acts as the subject matter expert for digital solutions, working closely with Iron Mountain sales teams to maximize the digital value proposition for senior-level business stakeholders.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Drive Solution Sales and Pipeline Management: Generate, qualify, and execute on leads to sell Iron Mountain Digital solutions, proactively identifying and expanding/upselling opportunities to meet or exceed multimillion-dollar quota goals.

  • Collaborate on Solution Design and Delivery: Partner effectively with Iron Mountain sales teams, professional services, legal, and operations to support the end-to-end deal lifecycle, translating customer requirements into comprehensive solution designs, proposals, and maximizing deal profitability.

  • Ensure Digital Expertise and Compliance: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for digital transformation, providing thought leadership, supporting the technical portions of Requests For Proposals (RFPs), and ensuring deal logistics and approvals comply with organizational standards.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 10 years of direct sales experience in large, complex services-based organizations to executive-level buyers, demonstrating success in selling digital solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise-level digital transformation solutions, including Intelligent Document Processing, cloud migration services, Information Governance, and Content Service Platform solutions.

  • Proven ability to translate customer needs into solution requirements by creating powerful value propositions, influencing deal negotiation, and utilizing strong proposal writing and presentation skills.

  • Consultative expertise in solution sales and pre-sales, including working knowledge of banking and Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) business processes, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like Salesforce, and proficiency in Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return On Investment (ROI) modeling.
