Job DescriptionREQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 10+ years.
- Strong working experience in supply chain analytics with proven modelling and data analysis expertise.
- Hands-on experience with supply chain optimization tools (Llamasoft, Optilogic, AIMMS, Anylogistix).
- Advanced SQL & Python for data extraction, analysis, and modelling.
- Familiarity with optimization solvers (Gurobi, CPLEX, AIMMS) and simulation tools.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
- Experience with machine learning, simulation, and advanced forecasting.
- Understanding of S&OP/IBP processes and digital supply chain transformation.
- Industry background in FMCG, CPG, Automotive, or Discrete Manufacturing.
- Familiarity with machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and multi-objective optimization.
- Experience with parallel computing, stochastic optimization, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of supply chain platforms (Llamasoft, O9, Anaplan, Kinaxis).
- Strong consulting background and application integration experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across global teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the clients needs in the context of the project.
- Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it.
- Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets.
- Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
- Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs.
- Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it.
- Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
- Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs.
- Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken.
- Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
