Senior Staff Engineer (QA Automation)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience : 7.5+ Years
• Should have strong experience in coding language C# (Strong).
• Develop and maintain RESTful API automated tests using tools like RestSharp, HttpClient, or custom C# frameworks
• Must have experience Specflow or Cucumber, and Playwright.
• Strong knowledge of Java (Strong),Rest Assured, API Testing (Strong), Jenkins , Test Automation Framework - General Experience, Test Planning and Strategy (Capable)
• Should have working experience of Selenium or Protractor or Appium or Katalon Studio or TOSCA
• Should have strong experience in NUnit or Junit or TestNG
• Expertise in Git or Azure Devops or Cypress
• Validate APIs using JSON, XML, OAuth2, JWT, Swagger/OpenAPI specifications
• Perform end‑to‑end integration testing across microservices and backend systems
• Actively participate in architecture and design reviews to ensure testability
• Analyze logs, database records, and backend services to identify root causes of failures
• Lead code reviews, framework optimizations, and best practices adoption

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them into technical design which elegantly meets the requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure high standards of code quality.
• Knowledge of design patterns and technical solutioning.
• Passionate about building great solutions
• Mentoring the team members to meet the client's needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues as needed.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help evolve the system design.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve development efficiency.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
