Job Overview
FTS The Fulfillment and Transportation Systems (FTS) Technology organization is responsible for the systems that enable Coupang to reliably deliver to customers within hours of order placement. FTS is on a mission to innovate logistics by building an efficient delivery network at breakthrough scale and speeds. We are looking for an experienced and passionate TPM that can drive direction on technology, successfully champion align with other tech leaders and stakeholders, influence and build trust with teams, and execute delivery of complex systems considering scalability, future extensibility, and reliability.
Job Summary
As a Technical Program Manager, you will work closely with members of multiple business teams to help define, streamline, design and analysis data to build business requirements and then work with TW engineering teams to articulate requirements, further perform functional & technical data & system analysis, drive engineering to implementation. In addition, the ideal candidate must possess a high degree of collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate effectively on many levels.

- Strong blend of technical, business, and program management experience that enables seamless communication across teams, project execution and great customer reach.
- Own, manage and deliver multiple large scale, complex programs across organizations with ease of simplicity, taking teams along to the path of success.
- Creates, evolves, and communicates specifications for feature areas that enable cohesive, compatible, iterable scenarios that span multiple feature teams and enable a durable multi-year vision.
- Should be able to come up with scenarios and business requirements by analyzing data and business needs.
- Excellent cross-group collaboration and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail
- Strong cultural change management experience
- Identify, Propose and Implement ongoing data strategy and drive data quality improvements
- Establishes, enables and improves systems to manage product feedback from customers to resolve issues.
Qualifications
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, and 15 to 20 years’ related work experience. Master of Business Administration with technology as a core component preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of project management experience is preferred.
- PMP or PgMP highly desired.
- Expert‐level knowledge of project and change management, methodologies, techniques, processes (e.g., Project and Portfolio Management Methodology – PPM).
- Budget, cost and profitability management skills.
- Knowledge of resource management tools.
- Ability to influence without authority.
- Flexible, adaptable and resourceful when managing changing timelines and multiple deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute technology projects and system implementations effectively
- Management skills with demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Motivated to build relationships at executive levels with technology, solutions, customers and vendor groups.
- Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities in a matrixed environment
- Proven problem solving and negotiation skills in multi-party situations
- Exceptional communication skills, executive presentation skills, relationship building skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
