Job Title: Senior React Developer (Individual Contributor)

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior React Developer to join our team as an Individual Contributor. In this role, you will independently lead the development of complex frontend features and interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript technologies. You'll work closely with product, design, and backend teams to build scalable, maintainable, and high-performing web applications.
Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of frontend modules and drive development from concept to deployment.
• Develop high-quality, reusable, and well-tested React components and libraries.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional applications.
• Integrate RESTful and APIs with the frontend in a secure and efficient manner.
• Independently debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
• Write clean, maintainable code and adhere to best practices and coding standards.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in frontend development with at least 4 years in React.js.
• Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Deep understanding of component-based architecture and modern state management tools (Redux).
• Hands-on experience with frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, Babel, ESLint).
• Familiarity with UI libraries such as Material UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with testing tools like Jest and React Testing Library.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and drive results.
• Strong understanding of web performance, accessibility, and security standards.
• Proficient in Git and Agile workflows.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Next.js, GraphQL, or real-time data (WebSockets).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (Azure).
