We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Systems Operations Engineer to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, performance, and observability of our production systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern monitoring tools, container orchestration platforms, and incident management processes. You will collaborate closely with development, SRE, and infrastructure teams to maintain high system availability and support continuous delivery pipelines.Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support incidents and releases related to Amelia orchestration and AIME systems.• Monitor and support production systems using tools such as Splunk, Grafana, ThousandEyes, AppDynamics, and Splunk Cloud Observability.• Perform log analysis and troubleshooting to identify root causes of incidents and performance issues.• Manage and support Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications, including deployments on OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).• Collaborate with development and SRE teams to improve system reliability, observability, and incident response processes.• Create and maintain dashboards and alerts for proactive monitoring and reporting.• Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response and root cause analysis activities.• Document operational procedures and contribute to knowledge base articles for internal use.• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes, preferably using Harness.• Handle report requests, BCP exercises, and implement necessary changes to dashboards and alerts.
Required Qualifications:• 4+ years of experience in operations support or site reliability engineering.• Strong expertise in log analysis and troubleshooting using Splunk or similar tools.• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container platforms.• Familiarity with Amelia orchestration and AIME , Grafana,Bigpanda, ThousandEyes, AppDynamics, or Splunk Cloud Observability.• Good understanding of networking, system performance, and cloud infrastructure.• Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and on-call support.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:• Experience with OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).• Exposure to Harness for CI/CD pipeline management.• Knowledge of Amelia orchestration and AIME systems
