We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Bern, Switzerland. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent across a variety of functions. You will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process, leveraging market insights, sourcing expertise, and a candidate-centric approach to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and business areas, ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and provide market intelligence and talent advisory support.
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including job briefing, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, offer preparation, and onboarding support.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other innovative sourcing channels.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Utilize Workday and recruiting analytics to track, measure, and report on recruitment performance, pipeline health, and key hiring metrics.
- Collaborate with regional and global Talent Acquisition colleagues on international searches, talent mapping, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with external recruitment agencies and staffing providers, ensuring quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance recruitment effectiveness and employer branding.
- Steer and support designated initiatives for our local Early Career program.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within Switzerland and/or DACH region.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for manufacturing, production or operations environments.
- Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other highly regulated industries is highly desirable.
- Previous in-house recruitment experience and/or experience within a recruitment agency is required.
- Strong sourcing capabilities with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent attraction tools.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems, ideally Workday.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
- Fluent in German and English; additional language skills are a plus
