Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Executive who can independently manage senior-level recruitment processes. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of handling stakeholders, working with niche and hard-to-fill roles, and excelling in headhunting. This individual should have strong data management skills and hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems). The role demands someone who is self-driven, proactive, and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage both active and passive candidates, focusing on hard-to-fill and niche roles.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to meet senior and leadership hiring needs.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to identify the right fit for both the role and company culture.
  • Provide market insights, talent trends, and competitor analysis to influence and refine recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain a data-driven approach to tracking recruitment metrics and managing candidate pipelines within the ATS.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, maintaining high levels of candidate experience throughout.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on senior-level recruitment.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for niche roles.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management, having partnered with senior leaders in previous roles.
  • Proficiency in headhunting, sourcing strategies, and building talent pipelines for specialized positions.
  • Hands-on experience in working with ATS and managing recruitment data efficiently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide market insights and use data to drive recruitment strategies.
