Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead implementations as the client-facing project manager for complex, multi-program implementations. This includes the creation, management, and oversight of project plans to achieve high quality, on-time implementations that result in a satisfied and referenceable client
• Tailoring the implementation process and product configurations to reflect an extensive knowledge of our customers' business process and strategic needs in coordination with product requirements
• Preparing detailed and accurate status reports on an ongoing basis, mitigating delays to the implementation, and escalating issues to the leadership team when appropriate
• Tracking major client-specific product deliverables and reinforcing the scope of work outlined in the contract
• Relentlessly collaborating across, and communicating with, a myriad of external and internal stakeholders while serving as the primary liaison between the client and technical resources
• Working closely with other Technical Project Managers to facilitate cross-pollination of client-based learnings and to ensure consistency of the overall delivery model
• Looking for ways to constantly improve overall performance including the development and continuous improvement of the methodology
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of project management experience
• Experience with implementation or support of SaaS technologies
• Experience owning technical client relationships, including recurring relationships, issue resolution, and escalation management
• Demonstrated communication and presentation skills
• Ability to anticipate and manage conflict and risks, while leading the implementation through tenuous situations
• Energy, flexibility, and positive attitude in a fast-changing environment
• Ability to support for customers must be available during USA Eastern hours from 7 AM to 3 PM EST

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience understanding and translating technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience owning technical client relationships, including recurring relationships, issue resolution, and escalation management
• Experience working in health informatics or within the healthcare industry within US or prior experience with Clinical, Claim, and/or Hospital Billing Data Types
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. Project Management software experience
• Solid decision-making capability. Can digest complex information to understand core issues and then develop proposed solutions that align with company and client interests
• Proven ability to apply process improvement methods independently and successfully with measurable business performance improvement outcomes
• Knowledge of software functionality, user navigation and reporting capabilities
• Project management coursework and certification
