Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead implementations as the client-facing project manager for complex, multi-program implementations. This includes the creation, management, and oversight of project plans to achieve high quality, on-time implementations that result in a satisfied and referenceable client
- Tailoring the implementation process and product configurations to reflect an extensive knowledge of our customers' business process and strategic needs in coordination with product requirements
- Preparing detailed and accurate status reports on an ongoing basis, mitigating delays to the implementation, and escalating issues to the leadership team when appropriate
- Tracking major client-specific product deliverables and reinforcing the scope of work outlined in the contract
- Relentlessly collaborating across, and communicating with, a myriad of external and internal stakeholders while serving as the primary liaison between the client and technical resources
- Working closely with other Technical Project Managers to facilitate cross-pollination of client-based learnings and to ensure consistency of the overall delivery model
- Looking for ways to constantly improve overall performance including the development and continuous improvement of the methodology

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of project management experience
- Experience with implementation or support of SaaS technologies
- Experience owning technical client relationships, including recurring relationships, issue resolution, and escalation management
- Demonstrated communication and presentation skills
- Ability to anticipate and manage conflict and risks, while leading the implementation through tenuous situations
- Energy, flexibility, and positive attitude in a fast-changing environment
- Ability to support for customers must be available during USA Eastern hours from 7 AM to 3 PM EST
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience understanding and translating technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience owning technical client relationships, including recurring relationships, issue resolution, and escalation management
- Experience working in health informatics or within the healthcare industry within US or prior experience with Clinical, Claim, and/or Hospital Billing Data Types
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. Project Management software experience
- Solid decision-making capability. Can digest complex information to understand core issues and then develop proposed solutions that align with company and client interests
- Proven ability to apply process improvement methods independently and successfully with measurable business performance improvement outcomes
- Knowledge of software functionality, user navigation and reporting capabilities
- Project management coursework and certification
