What you'll do:
- Dive deep into the telecommunications industry to build expertise across markets, products, sales, delivery and operations
- Develop Telco product models, including the design, configuration and decomposition, within the product catalog domain
- Provide technical consultancy on the feasibility of design, OOTB product capabilities, best practices and standards adoption
- Contribute to continuous improvement of product catalog, design practices, documentation and delivery accelerators
- Design high-level business processes aligned with end-to-end fulfilment journey of telco products
- Liaise with technical teams to ensure technical design and solution configurations are aligned with business requirements
- Coach and mentor junior analysts to ensure consistency and quality of deliverables across the team
What you should Have:
- Strong knowledge in telecommunication products and segment-specific requirements (e.g. Enterprise and Wholesale)
- Hands-on experience with product catalogue features
- Proficient in product modelling and metadata design
Desirable Experience
- Familiarity with Mplify (formerly MEF) product models
- Exposure to TM Forum standards and TM Forum Open APIs
- Experience in product rationalization
- Skilled in XSLT configuration
