PTC is looking for a seasoned SME who has practical hands-on experience in Micro Services architecture for secured software integration, delivery and deployment on SaaS Platform, and is responsible for shifting Security to the left in entire software supply chain right from building to the deployment aiding reliability to the agility.
The candidate will be working as a part of a large multi-site team involved in design, implementation, performant, secured, agile, and reliable delivery and deployment of PTC’s flagship PLM suite, Windchill, on a SaaS platform. This position is based out of PTC’s Pune R&D facility.
Strong Java developer who can design, modify, implement and unit test software applications while working in an agile environment. Has a good working knowledge of variety of technical concepts, practice and procedures. Relies on previous experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goal. Up to date on current and best practices related to software development.
YOUR – DAY TO DAY:
Demonstration of problem-solving ability and innovation
Deliver highly performant and scalable code
Identify the performance/scalability hotspots and resolve.
Perform peer code reviews as and when needed.
Provide Technical Guidance to other team members
Design software modules.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
Excellent in problem solving and thinking ability
5-8 years of experience as software development in Core Java
Good at writing high performance SQL queries
Very Good verbal and written communication
Willing learn new s/w language as needed
Understanding of GIT Software Configuration
