Your Role

 Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications. Has a working knowledge of a variety of technical concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Follows disciplined software development practices. Up-to-date on current and best practices related to software development. Involve in code coverage like writing Junit, integration test cases.  This is more kind of L3 (Level 3) R&D engineers’ role which require high-level technical experts responsible for resolving complex, escalated, or critical system issues that L1/L2 teams cannot solve. They need to perform root cause analysis (RCA), develop long-term solutions, manage infrastructure, mentor junior staff, and often work directly with customer/partner for bug.

Your Impact

FlexPLM CRT – customer response team need a Senior Technical Lead who will work on fixing sever\client side bugs for FlexPLM and at the same time troubleshoot complex customer problems efficiently.

Your Team

FlexPLM team is a young and dynamic team of software engineers with average exp. Of around 7-9 years and the candidate will be a great fit to this team and overall PTC

Your Day-to-Day

Put yourself into customer’s shoes and involve in customer cases debugging and troubleshooting, if it comes out to be bug then fix it.

Write well documented & performing code including source code documentation that meets organizational standards

Create and run unit tests

Share technical information with the team and to a wider audience when appropriate

Must-Have Skills

 Core Java(collection), Rest APIs, JSP, AngularJS, JQuery, JavaScript, , Ag-Grid, Oracle/MSSQL database

7-9 Years
