Lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-native healthcare products that leverage agentic AI, automation, and advanced analytics to solve complex business problems. Own product execution end-to-end by partnering with business, engineering, UX, AI/ML, and operations teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Own product vision, roadmap, backlog, and release execution
- Translate business needs into capabilities, features, and technical requirements
- Drive system, process, and data analysis to identify product opportunities
- Partner with engineering, UX, and AI/ML teams to build scalable AI-driven solutions
- Define success metrics, evaluation frameworks, and governance for agentic AI products
- Lead agile execution, stakeholder demos, and roadmap communications
- Foster innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous value delivery
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Technology Delivery
- Experience with AI based product is mandatory
- Proven experience shipping AI-native or agentic products involving orchestration, tool use, retrieval, and autonomous decision-making
- Experience with AI-native development practices and human-in-the-loop systems
- Proven solid expertise in backlog management, user stories, Agile delivery, and tools such as Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or Aha!
- Proven technical depth across APIs, cloud platforms, data architectures, and enterprise systems
- Proven solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven excellent communication and ability to influence across a matrixed organization
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA, or equivalent technical/business qualifications
- Experience in US Healthcare IT products strategy and development
- Experience working with AI/ML, Data Science, or Automation teams
- Experience collaborating across US and India teams
