About the Role 

Are you seeking an Opportunity to have an impact, innovate through your problem solving, and grow professionally? We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to lead our efforts in attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier technical talent. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will work closely with hiring managers, stakeholders, and leadership to drive our recruitment strategy and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This role requires deep expertise in technical recruitment, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

What you'll do

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy:

    • Develop and implement innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract highly skilled technical professionals.

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and align on hiring priorities.

  • Candidate Sourcing:

    • Leverage diverse sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, employee referrals, and technical communities.

    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future roles.

  • Candidate Assessment & Engagement:

    • Conduct thorough pre-screening and interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with the company’s mission.

    • Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Partner with hiring managers to provide regular updates, share market insights, and set realistic hiring expectations.

    • Train and mentor hiring teams on best practices in interviewing and candidate evaluation.

  • Recruitment Metrics:

    • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline health) to improve processes and outcomes.

    • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on recruitment activities and progress.

  • Employer Branding:

    • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position RedPin as an employer of choice in the tech industry.

    • Participate in and organize tech events, hackathons, and campus engagements.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 10+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a high-growth or tech-focused environment.

  • Proven track record of successfully hiring software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and other technical roles.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment technologies.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.

  • Deep understanding of technical skills and technologies (e.g., programming languages, frameworks, and platforms).

Bonus points  

  • Experience recruiting for global teams across multiple geographies.

  • Working knowledge of Greenhouse ATS.
  • Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies in hiring.

  • Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification).
