Senior Technology Project and Program Manager (5-10 yrs Experience in ERP Projects)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Project & Program Manager to lead large-scale enterprise technology initiatives that drive business transformation across Wolters Kluwer. The ideal candidate brings 5-10+ years of technology project and program leadership experience, including ERP modernization, SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce transformations, or similar strategic initiatives.

• Lead large-scale strategic technology programs from initiation through deployment and stabilization.
• Manage complex enterprise projects involving multiple workstreams and global stakeholders.
• Facilitate executive governance meetings and steering committees.
• Manage project plans, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Partner with technical SMEs and translate technical concepts into business-focused communication.
• Lead multiple concurrent initiatives while balancing competing priorities.
• Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.

• 5-10 years of experience leading technology projects and programs.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.
• Experience working within complex global matrix organizations.
• Strong expertise in scope, schedule, resource, financial, budget, and risk management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication, and meeting facilitation skills.
• Ability to lead project workstreams and collaborate effectively across diverse cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in tracking, reporting, and communicating project performance metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks and issues.
• Commitment to quality assurance and ensuring project deliverables meet expected standards.
• Strong documentation skills, including capturing lessons learned and best practices.

• Experience leading ERP, SAP S/4HANA, ERP consolidation, Salesforce, or similar transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with globally distributed business and technology teams.

Lead highly visible strategic initiatives, partner with senior leaders, and work on transformational programs spanning global teams and business units.
