The Senior Total Rewards Analyst serves as the analytical engine of our Total Rewards team, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform how we pay, reward, and retain talent. This role partners closely with Compensation, Benefits, Finance, Equity Administration, and Payroll to ensure our pay practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business strategy. You’ll go beyond reporting, using data to identify trends, generate insights, and influence decisions that drive business outcomes. Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days in office per week)

Work Hours: General timings (9 AM to 6 PM IST, but open to work few US overlap hours late evening (7:00 PM to 9:30 PM IST))

About this roll* (Responsibilities)

  • Market and Internal Benchmarking: Conduct comprehensive market pricing, participate in annual salary surveys (e.g., Radford, Compa, Pave), and perform internal compensation reviews to develop data-driven recommendations for compensation bands and individual roles.
  • Advanced Compensation Analytics & Automation: Modernize compensation delivery by transforming raw HRIS data into actionable insights using AI, automation, and advanced data visualization. This includes building executive-level dashboards (tracking metrics like position in range, turnover, and promotion velocity) and modeling market trends to streamline reporting and enhance decision-making.
  • Data Integration & Reporting Infrastructure: Build and maintain scalable datasets and dashboards (e.g., Workday, Sigma, Snowflake) to support compensation decision-making. Integrate data across Compensation, Equity, and Payroll systems to deliver a cohesive view of pay outcomes. Improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and accessibility of insights for stakeholders.
  • AI Transformation: Transform workflows by putting AI at the center, building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up. In this role, you'll blend analytical rigor with creative problem-solving — using tools like AI, automation, and advanced data visualization to modernize how we deliver compensation insights.
  • Merit & Bonus Cycle Infrastructure: Build and manage the infrastructure for annual compensation reviews, including creating budget models, manager-facing tools, and cycle analytics.

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, with a focus in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance preferred.
  • 4 to 7 years of directly related experience, including compensation and/or data analytics.  Experience working in a multinational organization and/or in a technology industry, a plus.
  • Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data using a variety of systems and applications. Experience using Snowflake, Workday, Sigma, a plus. 
  • Ability to perform regression analysis and predictive modeling.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • In-depth understanding of regulations and requirements under FLSA, multi-state pay equity laws, and other areas of compensation compliance.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within teams.
