What we’re looking for

As a Senior Content Designer, you’ll own the end-to-end content strategy for SurveyMonkey’s Analyze and AI/ML experiences, ensuring a unified product experience and cohesive brand voice. This pivotal role ensures a unified product experience and cohesive brand voice, directly shaping powerful, near-instant survey insights and cutting-edge AI/ML capabilities that define our product. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor content and information architecture expertise, scale content operations, and directly influence product direction.

What you’ll be working on

  • Define and execute content strategy, guidance patterns, information architecture, and terminology for large-scale features and product flows
  • Partner with design and product to form the information architecture and elevate the user experience through compelling content
  • Craft simple, direct, and human copy, with an eye towards inclusivity, accessibility, and localization
  • Lead user research and quantitative analysis for content optimization
  • Drive content localization and adaptation strategies
  • Implement tooling and processes for efficient content scaling
  • Lead maturation of our style guidelines and content in our design system
  • Champion accessibility, inclusion, and ethical content practices

We’d love to hear from people with

  • 8+ years of content design or UX writing experience in SaaS
  • Proven leadership in content strategy, content design, and information architecture
  • Expertise in user research methodologies and analytics
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proven track record of improving user engagement through content
  • Deep knowledge of localization and global content practices
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted content tools and automation
