Senior UX/UI Designer

Join us as a Senior UX/UI Designer! 

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and proactive Senior UX/UI Designer to join our product team and help us design the future of AI-driven admin platforms. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full design journey—from discovery to delivery, ensuring our agentic AI-powered products are intuitive, efficient, and impactful.

Your future tasks: 

• Independently lead UX research (user interviews, surveys, competitor analysis) 

• Design and evaluate A/B tests to guide product decisions and optimize user experiences 

• Conduct usability studies and translate findings into actionable design improvements 

• Build engaging, high-fidelity prototypes to communicate and validate ideas 

• Define and contribute to product vision, roadmap, and strategic goals 

• Transform complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly workflows 

• Collaborate closely and proactively with project owner, business analyst, architect and developers in the product team 

• Bring fresh, creative ideas and challenge
  existing practices 

• Balance innovative user experience design with business and operational objectives 

What we expect from you: 

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally within product-focused teams 

• Strong portfolio illustrating independent research, prototyping, and delivery 

• Previous experience with AI-based or complex digital platforms is a plus 

• Comfortable taking initiative on research, testing, and ideation 

• Product mindset: makes design choices with long-term impact in mind 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (in English and Hungarian)
