Senior Vice President

Leads AI transformation and production support for infrastructure services, coordinating engineering, architecture, production, and business stakeholders. Manages AI demand intake, prioritization, delivery tracking, governance, risk, resiliency, adoption, change management, and value realization. Supports Agentic AI solutions, MLOps, LLM initiatives, and Run-the-Bank projects involving Eliza platforms. Requires deep infrastructure and technology delivery experience in controlled, regulated environments.

Owns the full new-logo enterprise sales cycle for BPO, customer experience, and technology-enabled transformation services. The role requires independently creating pipeline, engaging C-suite executives, developing business cases, coordinating internal pursuit teams, negotiating commercial models, and closing complex deals. The successful candidate will leverage executive relationships, industry networks, AI and transformation expertise, and strong commercial judgment to achieve revenue targets. This is a highly visible, self-directed individual contributor role requiring extensive travel.

Leads enterprise software engineering enablement, AI and innovation strategy, and large-scale technology transformation. Drives adoption of modern engineering practices, cloud technologies, automation, AI solutions, governance, and modernization initiatives. Advises executives, establishes technology standards and transformation frameworks, partners across business and technology teams, manages strategic vendors, and builds high-performing engineering organizations. The role requires delivering measurable outcomes in a complex, regulated banking environment.
