Key Responsibilities  

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth  

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies.

  • Lead enterprise sales initiatives and manage key client relationships.

  • Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies.

Business Development  

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Identify emerging market trends and recommend new service offerings.

  • Oversee proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal closures.

 

Operations Management  

  • Oversee operational processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.

  • Coordinate between departments such as sales, delivery, finance, HR, and marketing.

  • Implement operational frameworks and best practices to improve productivity.

Leadership & Team Management  

  • Lead and mentor sales and operations teams to achieve performance goals.

  • Develop KPIs and performance metrics for departments.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.

Strategic Planning  

  • Work closely with executive leadership to align business strategy with organizational goals.

  • Prepare and present business reports, forecasts, and strategic plans.

  • Support long-term growth initiatives including partnerships and market expansion.



Requirements

Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • 12+ years of experience in sales, business development, and operations leadership.

  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and building high-performing teams.

  • Experience in IT consulting, SaaS, or technology services is preferred.

Preferred Experience  

  • Experience working with enterprise clients.

  • Exposure to digital transformation, cloud solutions, or CRM platforms.

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles.
